Our Pastry Chef, Mestolo and his colleagues accompany you into a dream world of mountains, forests and meadows. At the heart of this dream world is the Scilliar, one of the fascinating mountains in the Dolomites, which rises high above our production plant in Unterinn/Auna di Sotto (Ritten/Renon).
The stylised picture of the Scilliar is our brand logo. It links our brand with our products and communications. For decades, it has stood for the natural, light and delightful pleasures of our wafers and chocolate specialities.
