Our creams are also the crème de la crème. Not for nothing have these delicacies been the heart and soul of our very special wafer and chocolate specialities for 90 years. You better try it for yourself - they are a real highlight, flowing warmly from our unique cream fountain. Our family recipe is strictly confidential - but we are happy to divulge just one thing: For the unrivalled Loacker taste, we exclusively use premium raw materials of top quality and always process them in-house. Only we know the secret of our unbelievably tenderly melting creams that release a unique aroma for all your senses - completely without adding flavourings. Colorings and preservatives will not be found in our creams either - hand on heart! Our motto: Cream, creamy, more creamy - let this goodness melt on your tongue!
A toast to the hazelnut! It plays a particularly important role in our Napolitaner cream. Originally, we used hazelnuts from the region around Naples for our creams and wafers with hazelnut flavour, the name gives that away. And still today, we believe exclusively in real Italians. Only the best Italian hazelnuts have a chance here. We roast and grind the precious fruits in-house - and together with other high quality ingredients from our bakery, they become our unrivalled Loacker Napolitaner cream. The secret of our distinctive Loacker taste? Nine per cent hazelnuts and real Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar - mmm, yummy!
We place emphasis on special things - and our delicious cocoa cream is no exception to that. For the chocolatey star in our cream trio, we therefore use an exclusive cocoa and chocolate blend which will definitely make the hearts of all those with a sweet tooth beat faster. Our outrageously creamy Cremkakao cream contains five per cent of selected chocolate and nine per cent of low-fat cocoa. It doesn't just sound good, it really is!
