At the heart of a Loacker classic

Hazelnut has always been our recipes’ main character. That’s why we increased the amount of hazelnuts in our Napolitaner cream by 10%. But we didn’t stop at the taste: with our new improved recipe we also aim to improve sustainability, environmental protection and fair treatment of our partners and farmers all over the world. Because goodness is a choice.

 

The “Italian hazelnut orchards”, proving our love to hazelnuts

Inspired by the scent of this amazing fruit, we acquired two hazelnut orchards in the heart of Tuscany: 360 hectares of land cultivated with care and rigor without using any herbicide, for a total number of 130.000 trees that give us the best hazelnuts in the world.

From hazelnut to cream and pieces

Hazelnuts are dried out on the spot and are then transported to our branch where they are meticulously checked and carefully roasted, making sure that the delicate balance of taste and fragrance is maintained.
