An easy recipe to cheer up parties and events!
120g Loacker Classic Cocoa&Milk
120g butter
150g almonds
90g honey
sprinkles to taste
desiccated coconut to taste
ground hazelnuts to taste
1. Finely crush the Loacker Classic Cocoa&Milk and the almonds;
2. Place the ground Loacker Classic Cocoa&Milk and the ground almonds into a large bowl. Mix well until you obtain a smooth texture.
3. Add butter and honey to the mix. Mix well until you obtain a soft and malleable texture;
4. Take a handful of the mixture and use the palms of your hands to form small, round spheres with a diameter of 3 cm.
5. Prepare the toppings: dip the balls into the sprinkles, the desiccated coconut, and the ground hazelnuts.
6. Cool in the fridge for 15 minutes;
7. Insert toothpicks in the balls to create fun, chocolate lollipops!
