This quick and easy gelato dessert combines creamy Italian gelato with the woody aroma of our crunchy Loacker vanilla Quadratini!
3-4 scoops of Italian gelato
7-8 fresh raspberries
1 tbsp. of dark chocolate sprinkles
6 Loacker Vanilla Quadratini
1. Place three to four scoops of gelato in a small bowl.
2. Add a handful of fresh raspberries.
3. Place lemon dark chocolate sprinkles on top of the gelato and the raspberries.
4. Cut Loacker vanilla Quadratini in little cubes and place them on top of the gelato
5. Use some of the vanilla Quadratini scrums to garnish the sundae.
