This smoothie is the ultimate taste of summer but can be enjoyed throughout the year. It is perfect for breakfast, as a snack or a light dessert.
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt (5% fat)
¼ cup of whole milk
6- 8 Loacker Lemon Quadratini
1. Start with a ¼ cup of whole milk and put it in the blender. Depending on how liquid you want the smoothie to be you can add less or more milk.
2. Add the frozen raspberries.
3. To thicken your smoothie add Greek yoghurt to the blender.
4. Add 6-8 Lemon Quadratini. They will not only add some sweetness to your smoothie, but also an extra sweet-sour lemon taste.
5. Now blend all the ingredients and pour them into a glass. You can decorate it with some lemon Quadratini and fresh mint.
