Our wholemeal flour: all the richness of spelt, wheat and oats
Being truly discerning is an important art. Our precious wholemeal flour is the result of an accurate selection of only the finest grains of spelt, wheat and oats. Once they have been chosen, the whole grains are delicately ground in a special mill up in the mountains in South Tyrol, close to Loacker, in a pure and pristine environment.
It's a long, slow process, and it involves every single part of the grain, from the outer layers through to the germ. This is why the aroma and richness of the cereals is not only respected, but also brought out to the full, and the taste becomes pure pleasure.
