Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter the “GDPR”, governing the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the data controller is: A. Loacker AG/SpA whose registered office is located at via Gasterer Weg 3, 39054 Auna di Sotto/Unterinn, Italy, hereinafter the “Data Controller”, who wishes to inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned regulation.
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will be provided directly by yourself by filling in the appropriate paper or electronic form made available by the Data Controller in order to register for the event "Anniversary 100 years Loacker". Please note that processing may also relate to the special categories of personal data you have entered as referred to in Article 9 GDPR (e.g. to indicate special needs for assistance, or any intolerances and allergies). In this case we would ask you to provide your consent, otherwise we will not be able to process such data and thus take your needs into account. The data of third parties (e.g. accompanying persons) are provided by yourself on the basis of the consent obtained from such persons (where necessary) as stipulated in this notice.
The data relating to the details contained in valid identity documents are necessary for making hotel reservations and to permit a quick check-in procedure at the establishment hosting you during the event; given the large number of participants in the event, it is not possible for us to confirm your attendance without such information, which is therefore obligatory. Failure to comply will mean you not be able to participate in the event.
The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation and that of any accompanying persons at the event. The legal basis for the processing of identification and contact data is therefore contained in the service offered to participants at the event "Anniversary 100 years Loacker" (Art. 6/1/b GDPR). The legal basis for any so-called special data that you may enter (e.g. to indicate special needs for assistance, or intolerances and allergies) is your optional consent (Art. 6/1/a GDPR), in the absence of which no special categories of personal data should be indicated on the booking form.
Processing will be carried out by our Data Processors and Persons in Charge of Processing, using computerised, telematic or paper tools and media, in compliance with the provisions aimed at guaranteeing security and confidentiality, as well as (among other things) the accuracy, updating and relevance of personal data with respect to the stated purposes. The personal data collected will be stored in electronic and/or paper archives located at the Company’s registered office and/or on its operating sites.
The personal data you provide will be stored in a form that permits identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which such data are collected and processed. All data relating to identification documents in our possession will be deleted within one week at the latest following the event.
Provision of the personal data requested is optional, but it is necessary in order to respond to your request to participate in the event; in particular, failure to complete the obligatory fields, i.e. those marked with an asterisk, will disqualify you from participating in the event. If no consent to special data is given, no special categories of personal data should be indicated on the booking form.
The personal data you provide may be communicated and transferred within Italy and within the EU solely for the purposes stated in this notice. Identification data and details of identity documents will be provided to the hotel establishment hosting you in order to complete the booking and check-in processes and the relevant regulatory obligations in respect of the public authorities with responsibility for the structure as autonomous data controllers. The relationship between the Data Controller and the hotels is regulated by contract pursuant to Art. 6/1/b GDPR. No personal data will be disseminated.
You may exercise the rights of access to the data as set out in Article 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and the rights set out in Articles 16, 17, 18, 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 with regard to the rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to object, in the manner set out in Article 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
It should be noted in this regard that, in relation to the above-mentioned processing of personal data, you may exercise your rights at the Data Controller’s registered office or by writing to the following e-mail address: anniversary@loacker.com, via which the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Data Controller may be contacted.

concerning audiovisual filming and photographs during the event
A. Loacker Spa/AG identified as the ‘Data Controller’ pursuant to Art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, ‘GDPR’) hereby informs you that, pursuant to current legislation on personal rights (privacy, copyright, the right to privacy enshrined in the Civil Code: Legislative Decree no. 68 of 9 April 2003, Art. 10 of the Italian Civil Code), audiovisual filming and photographs will be carried out during the event, which will involve the processing of personal data. This data, defined as ‘personal identifying’ data by the privacy regulation, may be used in the following ways
- production of promotional and advertising material that the organisers intend to distribute, while respecting the dignity of the person;
- publication on the Internet (social networks, websites and social media - e.g. LinkedIn, etc.) and on the company profiles of instant communication programmes (e.g. Tik-Tok, Telegram, Whatsapp Business, etc.) of images and videos for the event's promotional purposes.
We would like to point out that participants will be accompanied by photo and video shooting/recording for the entire duration of the event.
In line with the pronouncements of the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Authority, we explicitly inform participants in advance and also at the entrance to the place where the event will take place about the presence of cameramen who will be filming the event and the people taking part in it. We guarantee that the images disclosed will not contain terminology that is offensive to the person, nor will they infringe on their fundamental rights. The material will be processed by authorised personnel (including image consultants, marketing, audiovisual technicians, etc.).
In relation to the data itself, you may exercise your rights under Articles 15 GDPR et seg. as amended. The data will be processed for the pursuit of the purposes listed above, for as long as necessary and published without time limits on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (ex art.6/1/f GDPR).
