In the Loacker Sandwich Milk-Vanilla you’ll find two crispy wafers, refined with a pinch of cocoa, which held one fine layer of Milk-Vanilla cream filling. This delicious cream is a perfect blend of 100% NON-GMO Alpine milk, mostly from small farms nearby, and 100% Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
Our wafers are the essence of pure goodness and they represent the best of Loacker. Their meticulous preparation was first refined with masterly skill by Alfons Loacker and later by his son Armin, who preserved and enhanced the original recipe.
For us, there is only one place in the world where vanilla develops an incomparable aroma, and that is Madagascar.
We select our NON GMO Alpine milk with the greatest care, for it is what makes Loacker creams and chocolate such masterpieces of naturalness and wholesomeness.
