When a love for nature and an enthusiasm for baking are combined, something delicious is created. That is why we make our exquisite wafer and chocolate creations where air and water are pure and fresh, and nature is still intact: in the heart of the Dolomites. With guidance from the third family generation, teams of employees select the best natural ingredients and lovingly create naturally light specialities - thus continuing what Alfons Loacker started in his little patisserie in Bozen in 1925. All products are produced and processed in Auna di Sotto/Unterinn (South Tyrol/Italy) and Heinfels (East Tyrol/Austria), with great craftsmanship according to traditional family recipes, from natural and pure raw materials. That is because we continue to be committed to natural goodness.
