During the past 90 years, the Loacker name has become an internationally known brand which has always gone unwaveringly its own way. What has helped us with this, and still does, is our status as a family business. We can decide each step ourselves and have ensured the highest quality for generations. As a small confectioner in Bolzano's/Bozen's old town, Loacker offered the highest quality and art of patisserie even then. And today, it is still the mission of our family business to make consumers all over the world happy with our easily digestible, natural goodness.
Every year, we produce and package 750 million units of wafer and chocolate specialities, which are delivered throughout the whole world every day. The main market remains Italy where Loacker has always led the wafer market. Exports abroad are increasing all the time: particularly in the Middle East, mainly Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Israel, but also Asia and Oceania and from South Korea to Australia - the company constantly increases export and turnover.
At the same time, the seven Loacker Café successfully complete the entire Loacker business. The focus of the Loacker Café, a combination of café and confectioner, is chocolate, wafers, fresh pastry, coffee, creams and ice-cream.
The Loacker Brandstore includes the entire Loacker product range as well as additional seasonal special confectionery and merchandise. The Loacker Cafés are therefore the ideal place to experience Loacker live and its natural goodness in all its facets.

State-of-the-art production facilities ensure replenishments with consistently high quality at both of our production sites. From the careful preparation of the natural raw materials to the oven-fresh and immediate processing and packaging of our products - everything is checked and monitored closely.
For chocolate specialities, we exclusively use the finest chocolate, specially developed for Loacker. The dough for the crispy wafers is made according to a secret, traditional family recipe and baked oven-fresh in a classic waffle iron. How do we manage it that the most sophisticated pastry from the conveyor belt tastes hand-made? That will remain our secret.
